TBH, I see him as a joke candidate, and he has enormous negative ratings in the polls, I just don't see how he could be polling 2nd in New Hampshire.

Third place is eight percent. So he doesn't have to do that well.

Let's not forget that once Pat Buchannan won New Hampshire with essentially the same message.

Trump not only has NAME recognition; he has ACCOMPLISHMENT recognition.  Whether or not those accomplishments would help him succeed as President is another story, but people not only know WHO HE IS; they know WHAT HE'S DONE, or at least think they do.

Most of the field are guys whom no one really knows and about whom know one can say something coherent as to what this candidate has done.  Trump doesn't have that problem.  And I think that a LOT of people have faith in Trump's ability to actually solve a number of problems relevant to their lives.  Maybe he does, maybe he doesn't, but he's done BIG things and not every candidate can say there.

I'm very curious to see how much $ Trump puts into his campaign.  He obviously has the resources to match any of the other candidates, and even a terrible candidate can put up decent #s in the primaries just by plowing enough $ into campaign ads.

I think his run was planned as a publicity stunt, but I can just picture The Donald looking at the polling and deciding to pump a bunch of money into the campaign. If he can win in New Hampshire, who knows what might happen.

If he wins New Hampshire that's gonna throw a big monkey wrench into the formula here and look really embarrassing for Jebbo.

If Trump wins New Hampshire, we'll definitely be heading to a deadlocked convention.

Because of the Sanders momentum. He and Bernie are getting the same support frorm same group of voters. Similar to ex John Edwards fans. Older white males disgrunted by both parties.

I can now see a Sanders or Trump nomination. But, Bernie will take more of a risk in chosing a Latino woman like Holis or a black male Corey Booker as VP nominee.

Obama didnt make history with Biden pick.
