Ah so he's just a Hillary plant. His campaign makes more sense now. But lucky for Bernie, that ad is just as awkward and off-putting as Martin O'Malley.

I don't think he's a Hillary plant. He already went negative on her in his announcement. But it must be pretty galling for him to watch Sanders sweep up the entire Anyone-But-Hillary/leftist vote so decisively in a few weeks, while he's stuck at 1% in the polls.

I'm sure a lot of people will blame this on a vast Clintonian conspiracy though. Just like how she was responsible for everything her supporters said in 2007/2008 about Obama.

This idea that Bernie is far to the left of Clinton is stupid and I'm glad someone is pointing it out. He is to the right of her on a lot of issues (guns, immigration) and they're basically the same on most others.

Hopefully O'Malley is rewarded with some minor cabinet position for his troubles.

That dislike ratio doesn't look too favorable for O'Malley.

Then again attack ads are usually viewed as distasteful, particularly when they're targeting wedge issues such as gun control.
