Scalia at least has some redeeming qualities in his funny dissents. Thomas is just plain evil.

I'd say Alito, who seems to be far more authoritarian than either Thomas or Scalia.

Yeah, this. Scalia is a true believer, Thomas is just a hack (not to mention a sexual harasser who should never have been confirmed).

I like them all.

I literally just LOLed in a restaurant at how "moderate hero" that sounded, but it's true!

Scalia is a genius and RBG's equal. Those two are far better than anyone else.

Thomas needs to be removed immediately for the idiocy that has disgraced the position. Lost complete respect for him today.

Scalia and then Alito.

At least Thomas sided with Liberals on burning Cross case, which was the right decision.

There hasnt been one single case that Scalia sided with liberals on black rights.

The only other case where either one sided with liberals were on death penalty against disabled disallowed.

But, cross buring was widespread.

With Scalia, you see a glimpse of a decent justice. Thomas is a hack, as Antonio said.

Thomas doesn't really have a mid of his own, Thomas would rather say that he did sexually harass women, than agree with a majority opinion if Scalia wasn't on it.

Thomas doesn't *always* vote with Scalia. Just recently, there was a 5-4 case, where Thomas joined the more liberal 4 (WTF?), and an 8-1 case with Thomas in dissent.

I like both of them, but I was unaware of Scalia's hilarious dissents until yesterday, so he is now my new favorite Justice.

Thomas for sure. Though I disagree with his views, Scalia is obviously very intelligent and tremendously witty and seems like someone I'd enjoy listening to a lecture from.

Of these two, Thomas. But I'd rank Alito as the worst overall.

Scalia is at least entertaining, and is actually pretty decent on free speech and some civil liberties issues. So Thomas, clearly.
