Extremely stupid question, but I've only been tuning in intermittently: Am I understanding things correctly in that they don't release any of the returns for a given constituency until 100% of the votes in that constituency have been counted?  So there's no "running tally" for a particular constituency?

Turnout was very high in Ebbw Vale apparently. I expect that Law will try to pull a Livingstone at some point though.
