And then there were three. Yeah there's a lot of other maps and gifts throughout the internet about this, but going by state-by-state, there are still three states to have it legalised. So, who do you think it will be?

Oh and props to Pbrower for the maps.

States with full legalization of SSM as of 1 May, 2014 (white)
States getting full legalization of SSM in October 2014
States getting full legalization of SSM in November 2014
States getting full legalization of SSM in January 2015
States getting full legalization of SSM in February 2015
Obergfell v. Hedges, 26 June 2015 or interpretation that the ruling applies to the state
Method of legalization of SSM:

Method of legalization of SSM

resulting from a state court decision invalidating an SSM ban
resulting from state legislation
resulting from the decision of the DC Council
resulting from a statewide initiative or referendum

resulting from a decision by the US Supreme Court
resulting from a decision by a federal court subsidiary to the US Supreme Court
Obergfell v. Hodges -- specific mention of states or interpretation by the state that the ruling applies to it.

The question is moot.

Same-sex marriage is legal in Texas. Every major city in the state is now issuing marriage licenses.  Abbot sent some nonsensical memo to state agencies about protecting the religious liberties of county clerks or whatever, but that hasn't stopped the momentum at all. Yes, some counties are still spinning their wheels. Some are claiming that they're waiting for new application forms or software because the old ones require applicants to be listed as "husband" and "wife." Others are awaiting whatever "guidance" the AG has promised to give "shortly." But nobody of consequence is really acting like the ban is still enforceable.

The Great State of Louisiana disagrees with you.
