Judging by what he said today the answer must be "yes".

Jindal in Iowa today: "The Supreme Court is completely out of control...If we want to save some money lets just get rid of the court."

Such disrespect for the vision of the Framers! This is bound to go down poorly with the "constitutional government" set.

Jindal is so desperate to appeal to what he thinks the GOP field is. Dear god.

He's still better than Donald Trump.  The quality of the candidates has a rather wide range this time. Tongue

He should have been Romney's VP pick in 2012, most likely.

I told you it will probably take military force to get some of these 2016 contenders to respect the court's ruling in their state.

This has to be on the record as the most shameless, desperate and bigoted move ever taken by someone purely to boost their lagging chances in a primary. If Ben Carson, Mike Huckabee and Rick Santorum are on the left of your position on gay rights then your too far right for the GOP.

Jindal needs to do something to get out of the basement in polling so being the last guy standing fighting SSM is his play. Louisiana is refusing to recognize the Supreme Court ruling saying they have to wait for the 5th circuit for some reason (which will clearly defer to SCOTUS). They are also saying they have to wait 25 days based on something to do with how long the court has to "reconsider." But those are just delaying tactics. If Jindal wants the real national attention he craves, he has to go Full Wallace.

He needs to stand in front of some parish office and turn away gay people if he wants to get on the national news. That could actually strip away some Huckabee, Carson and Cruz supporters. Of course it will also make him even more toxic for a general but he is so far behind now why not just go for it?

As far as I'm concerned, Jindal's idea should be debated before Congress.

This is stupid but it's a stupid joke not a stupid policy proposal. Let's be real.

If a Democrat made the same sort of statements in regard to CITIZENS UNITED it would have been received with much approval.
