Do you Brits actually make sure that someone wins before calling the race? How un-American. FoxNews would have called most of them by now.

Their projection of Blair with 1/646 seats reporting was kind of FoxNews-ish.

Yes, that's what we generally do. ITV were making advance calls though last night.
