Arguing against state laws like prostitution, religious freedom (arguing for the right to preferential treatment, to opt out of serving certain people), possibly polygamy. Drugs is still on the table, as well as abortion and guns, those haven't gone anywhere. Immigration is both a social issue and an economic issue, so that will be there as well.
