This. Like Harrison, completely inconsequential due to a quick death. Unlike Harrison, his death was not due to his own foolishness, so I give him three stars.

Possibly one of the more intellectual Presidents we have had. He could write a sentence in two different languages with both hands. He loved to write pages of notes about tons of stuff.

He died due to other people's stupidity and nativity.  Guiteau was an idiot and the doctors had no clue what they were doing.  Garfield could have been a good President, he had all the makes and set up things to go well he just didn't have a chance.
