Very underrated. He did a lot of good with only one term, and the fact that he was unburdened by re-election concerns made him much more effective. Four stars.

Wow, Arthur makes my top ten, but I wouldn't have called him as being in Atlas' top 3 up to his time, third only to Washington and Lincoln.

IMO one of the most underrated Presidents and quite possibly the best of the guilded age. He went from a fool/weakling to a bad ass.

If it weren't for him dying he deserved another term.
