Very underrated. He did a lot of good with only one term, and the fact that he was unburdened by re-election concerns made him much more effective. Four stars.

IMO one of the most underrated Presidents and quite possibly the best of the guilded age. He went from a fool/weakling to a bad ass.

If it weren't for him dying he deserved another term.
