Definitely the first five, I'd partially support six if that banned the flag flown outside of their homes.

However, museums and history books should be allowed to use it, so long as they're not endorsing it.

First 5, although some should be left up to the states.

I would support all of those, except for banning the private ownership and display of Confederate symbols.

I would make all civil war reenactments illegal, except for Sherman's march to the sea.

How would I make reenactments illegal, or how would I reenact Sherman's march to the sea?

Explain your enactment of the first option without violating the first amendment of the constitution.

1, 4, and 5. 2 and 3 should be adjudicated on a case-by-case basis. 6 should be allowed on free speech grounds.

Constitutional amendment, martial law, whatever it takes.  I'll also draw up a provision requiring local townspeople to provide food and shelter for the displaced  reenactors so that they aren't a pox on the countryside.

Since you didn't ask, I really haven't fleshed out the whole Sherman reenactment, but it should involve drones and napalm at least.  I'm not a real historical purist.

None of the above.  The Confederate flag is part of the south's history and should be displayed with pride.

All of it.

The only place any of it should legally be allowed to appear is in HS history books, and the lessons taught in it should be the actual pre-1890s history before the Daughters of the Confederacy got their grimy little snake-hands on all of the local school boards throughout the South and blackmailed textbook manufacturers into producing what they demanded (aka eliminating the concept of separate "California" and "Texas" history books; don't let a single Southern state influence the process).

Even banning the flag from private property?

I can't change my vote, but at this point I am okay with all of the first five, assuming museums and such don't count under "public grounds". However, I very firmly draw the line at 6, I would consider that be a very blatant violation of free speech and completely unacceptable.
