There were never internal polls showing him down 5 in georgia, like the megathread said. There were never polls having him down in the WOW counties, like the megathread has said. There were never polls having him underperforming romney in minnesota, like the megathread said.

Most importantly- richard trumka's laughable internal poll that trump was underpeforming romney by 5 points among AFL-CIO members.

It was disinformation, pure and simple. Honestly, not going tinfoil here, but whoever claimed as such probably was affiliated with a Clinton or #NeverTrump PAC.

The interesting question is:

"Would Trump have won if the polls actually indicated a lot earlier the true nature of what was underway?"

Remember she only lost by 100,000 votes across three states.

The Republicans' owe their success to the pollsters getting this totally wrong. Otherwise Clinton would have moved on Michigan Pennsylvania and Wisconsin a lot more.

Did you not pay attention at all the last few weeks of the campaign? I distinctly remember the Clintons, both Obamas, and Biden all in Philly one day in the closing days of October. She was doing visits to Detroit in early October (The 10th, to be exact), when the Reds on here were bragging about her supposed win in the debates.

Simply put, the Democrats tried and failed in the Midwest.
