It seems like the book this piece is derived from would do a lot better if it had been released four years ago when both of them were candidates. I don't think anyone really cares now that both of them have largely departed from the political stage.

I imagine not all of the information was accessible for them until recently. Also, a lot of the sales will likely be in Utah, which is very interested in both of them.
