Pop. The other three have better resources than him.

Joel Quenneville has mastered the frequent rebuilding around a core that is required to create a dynasty in the salary-capped NHL.

As much as I'm loathe to say it, Belichick. When he was hired in 1999, I think, the thought was that he would be just another mediocre coach with a mediocre quarterback (Bledsoe). Then some unknown kid named Tom Brady burst onto the scene, and they have gone to 6 Super Bowls, won 4 Super Bowls, went 16-0 in 2007, and he has repeatedly and consistently replenished talent without ever coming to close to busting the budget. That's miraculous. Some very bright men have spent untold hours trying to get ahead of him and have failed.

Of the four mentioned; Popovich...though Coach K comes a close second.

Of anyone else... I'd strongly look at Joe Maddon (Chicago Cubs-MLB) or Bruce Bochy (San Francisco Giants-MLB).
