The natural counterpart to the Worst, and probably the one people here would rather talk about.

Be it, a nerve struck in all the correct and positive ways, a genre or style preference, or even bald-faced nostalgia, I expect that the answers here will be more diverse.

So yeah, have at it.

Wall-E's my favorite of the ones I've seen.  But I think I've only seen about half of them.

Up, with Inside Out and Toy Story 3 close behind. And I really need to watch Wall-E.

Inside Out, with WALL-E (the former top spot), Toy Story 2, and The Incredibles all none too far behind.

The Incredibles, which is also the only one of these movies (sans Toy Story) that deserves a sequel.

I guess Toy Story?  It's so hard to pick, except that it's not Cars 2.

Toy Story, followed by Toy Story 2.  Actually, those were the ONLY good Pixar films IMO.

I have to go with the one I grew up with: Toy Story (1995). I think I ended up getting all the toys from Burger King except Woody.

[1] Toy Story
[2] Toy Story 2
[3] WALL-E
[4] The Incredibles
[5] Finding Nemo
[6] Up
[7] Ratatouille
[8] A Bug's Life

I'm partial to The Incredibles, I went to high school with Dash's voice actor.

He got mad when people held the door open but closed it right before he got there and were like "oh I thought you were faster than that". He didn't really talk about it that much, and he has some kind of singing career now.

Toy Story 3 synced up pretty perfectly with my life for some good, hard-hitting nostalgia.

Hah, same for me. That was probably intentional, since the kids who corresponded to Toy Story's target age (5-10) would be 20-25 when 3 came out.

Up is truly one of the great movies of all time in my opinion, and easily the best by Pixar, although Finding Nemo is a strong second.

In my opinion, Wall-E, Up, and the Incredibles, are my favorite Pixar movies. Brave was the worse by far. Never in my life have I seen such an unoriginal movie with little make believe.

I like a lot of them, but for some reason, A Bug's Life stood out to me. I also like Toy Story a lot, of course.
