Christie's Super PAC rasied $11 million from February through June.  It's only spent ~$300,000 so far, so it has $10.7 million cash on hand:

Amounts raised in 2nd quarter:

Jindal: $580,000 (only in the race for ~1 week this quarter)
http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/presidential-races/247997-jindal-lags-in-early-fundraising

O'Malley: $2 million (only in the race for ~1 month this quarter)
http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/fundraising/248034-omalley-raises-2-million-for-2016-bid

Santorum: $608,000 (only in the race for ~1 month this quarter)
http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/presidential-races/248079-santorum-stumbles-in-second-quarter-fundraising

Those stories also note that Jindal ended the quarter with $513,715 cash on hand and Santorum ended with $232,018 cash on hand, but didn't mention the equivalent number for O'Malley.

Pataki raised $255,000 for the quarter, and has spent $48,000 so far.

Meanwhile, Trump raised $92,000 from other contributors, but loaned his own campaign $1.8 million.  He spent $1.4 million, and had less than $500,000 cash on hand at the end of the quarter:

http://www.wisn.com/politics/fec-filings-to-reveal-state-of-2016-races/34182216

Also in that story:

-Clinton spent $19 million of the $47 million she raised for the quarter.

-Bush has spent about 27% of the $11.4 million he's raised so far.

-76% of Sanders's donors gave less than $200.

-Carson has spent $5.4 million of the $8.5 million he raised for the quarter.

-Cruz has also spent $5.4 million (out of the $14 million he raised).

-Huckabee received a $2700 donation from Chuck Norris.

I haven't seen any report from Graham yet.  He might be the only one left to report.  Christie announced on the last day of the quarter, so I doubt he has to file anything.

What we have so far in terms of $ raised by the campaigns themselves (not Super PACs or any outside groups):

Clinton $45 million
Sanders $15 million
Cruz $14.2 million (initial reports said only $10 million, but looks like it's 14.2 mill)
Rubio $12 million
Bush $11 million
Carson $8.3 million
Paul $7 million
Huckabee $2 million
O'Malley $2 million
Trump $1.9 million (mostly from himself...only $92,000 from others)
Fiorina $1.4 million
Perry $1.07 million
Santorum $608,000
Jindal $580,000
Chafee $400,000 (mostly from himself...only ~$30,000 from others)
Pataki $255,000

So yes, Clinton has already spent more money ($19 million) on her campaign than any other single candidate has raised in total.

So we talked about how much $ each candidate raised, but let's talk about cash on hand.  Clinton leads the field, of course, and Sanders is 2nd.  On the Republican side, Rubio's on top, just ahead of Cruz and Bush.

There is an interesting cash gap between the top tier and lower candidates. Paul's 7 million, admittedly a weaker haul than most had hoped, and next on the list is Lindsey's $3.7 Million.

Those Huckabee and Santorum numbers bring me a certain level of joy, but then I see Jeb's numbers.

Paul's super PAC haul hasn't been announced, correct? A report I read earlier suggested that it would "significantly" bump up his fundraising total, but it's interesting that nothing has come out yet when many of the other candidates have already released their numbers.

Right, I was wondering more if someone wanted to make a graph plotting # of days the candidate was in the race in the 2nd quarter vs. $ they raised.

Not sure if this is what you meant (I was initially trying to do a line graph showing the slope for each candidate along a timeline, beginning at the point each candidate entered the race, but couldn't get it to work).

I was actually thinking of a scatter plot.  The x-axis would be # of days candidate was in the race in the 2nd quarter and the y-axis would be total dollars raised in the quarter.  (Then put a label on each dot, to let you know which candidate it is.)  That would be the easiest way to see which candidates are over or underperforming, given their # of days in the race.

I did this for the GOP campaign. Hillary proved to be such an outlier. It f'd up the whole thing.

Fivethirtyeight offers this plot of $ raised per day vs. fraction of $ from small donors:

Cruz's Super PAC has received $15 million just from the Wilks brothers:

Details of the $ raised by Bush's Super PAC:

http://www.politico.com/story/2015/07/jeb-bush-superpac-103-million-2016-120853.html?hp=l2_4

It raised $103 million for the year so far, and spent $5 million, so $98 million left in the bank.

GHW Bush donated $125,000, while GW Bush donated $95,000.

56 donors made contributions of $1 million or more (so far this year) to one of the presidential candidate Super PACs.  Here's how the million dollar contributions were distributed:
