Weird. I would have tagged him as a hardcore Huckabee guy.

As did I, though Kasich has really been tugging on those religious person heart strings.

It will be tough for Kasich to defeat Huckabee & Cruz in that part of the country.

I think that both Kasich and Bush already know that it'll be very tough.

I suppose vote splitting is a possibility.

... It's already been posted here, hence why I posted it in a new thread for discussion. Does all discussion go here?

Sorry, but your post seemed to be part of the already ongoing discussion about the Bentley endorsement. Also, you cannot post entire articles as that violates copyright and gets other sites peeved.

I cut and paste about half or two-thirds of it.

I think Christie will have a resurgence at some point, just like McCain had. Besides Bush, Rubio and Kasich, he's actually the only serious person in the race. Out of 18, which is kind of impressive. 4 out of 18 makes up a grand total of 22% lol. Well frankly speaking Rand Paul is serious too, he's just had a terrible campaign so far (for the most part, with exceptions clearly). I think Rand Paul could make a comeback at some point too, just not anytime soon I think. He hasn't much good will going around for him right now, so he's probably better adviced staying a bit in the background for a few weeks.

If Biden gets in, will any Senators, Governors, or Representatives withdraw their endorsements of Clinton?

I could see some saying something along the lines of - "With the entrance of Vice President Biden, it is important that all Democrats carefully consider all of the candidates running. I will also carefully evaluate all candidates before deciding on who to vote for." Basically not un-endorsing, but making it clear that they're not 100% behind Hillary.

I don't think there'll be much outright endorsement switching if (when) Biden gets into the race. Like the above poster said, you might get some vague press releases from people who've already made an endorsement, but I that might be the extent of it.
