Andrew Napolitano is a joke and he is not an expert on anything he talks about in the media.  If you listen to him speak, you can tell that he's not any kind of Constitution expert.

And, I looked it up.  He was never a Judge on the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Superior Court and lol at him not being a constitutional expert

There are hundreds of trial court judges in New Jersey.  He was a trial court judge who probably mostly saw slip and fall cases.  He's just a media personality.

Andrew Napolitano is a bloviating dumb-dumb, and it speaks to the intellectual vapidity of the libertarian "movement" that he would be their go-to constitutional law scholar.

You have an example of a "dumb-dumb" comment of his?  Color me curious. I have not heard him say anything myself that I considered way, way out there, but that does not mean that he hasn't.

http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Andrew_Napolitano

Gold-bug, Federal reserve conspiracy theorist, 9/11 truther, crazy views on the Civil war, etc., etc.

His role on the right is that he's a non-expert and a dumb-dumb so he can say whatever Obama does is unconstitutional because he isn't constrained by having actual knowledge.

LOL at Bedstuy linking RationalWiki. Can I use conservapedia as a source now??

Was I supposed to LexisNexis that guy and find all that information myself?  It's funny, you have a problem with the source, but you don't dispute the facts.
