So, while today is the Wyoming caucuses for the Democrats, next week is the state convention for the Republicans, where they’ll pick the remaining delegates for that state on the GOP side.  The convention runs from Thursday to Saturday, but when are the actual delegates selected?  Here is the info:

http://wyoming.gop/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/2016.convention.overview.pdf

It’s not totally clear from that, though this info:

http://wyoming.gop/gop-presidential-campaigns-to-speak-at-wyoming-gop-state-convention/

suggests that each of the presidential candidates will have someone speaking for them on Saturday morning (Cruz will speak for himself, Sarah Palin for Trump, and Butch Otter for Kasich).  So I guess the delegate selection won’t take place until Saturday.

Looking ahead to the next couple of weeks, here’s what I think the poll closing times are for the upcoming primaries.  Let me know if you spot any mistakes:

Apr. 19th: NY: 9pm ET
Apr. 26th: CT/DE/MD/PA/RI: all five states close at 8pm ET.

Looks like CT, MD, and PA will have exit polls, but DE and RI will not.

Indiana polls close at 6pm local time, which means 6pm ET in the Eastern Time part of the state, and 7pm ET in the Central Time part of the state.

Then on Saturday, there's the Dem. caucus in Guam, which is 10am to 8pm local time, which translates to 8pm Friday to 6am Saturday ET:

Will Indiana have an exit poll? I'm assuming it will.

Yeah, also it's important to note that we will get 1 hour worth of results coming in from the Eastern Time Zone part of the state before they can call the state. So there will be a lot of hard numbers in when all the polls are closed.

Here's the county map for where polls close an hour later. I wonder if this could make the early votes friendly to Cruz, since Benchmark Politics has LaPorte County as one of Trump's best counties.

I imagine Trump will dominate the Central Time Zone areas, but if Trump is winning by a decent margin in the Eastern Time Zone, I imagine they'd call it him once all the polls close.

May 17 update:

Kentucky polls are open from 6am to 6pm local time.  But since the state is split between time zones, 6pm local time is 6pm ET in part of the state, and 7pm ET in the rest of it.

Oregon is vote by mail, but ballots are due to be received by 8pm PT, which is 11pm ET.

No exit polls this week.

For next Tuesday:

Like Oregon, Washington is a vote-by-mail, with "poll closing time" of 8pm local time, which is 11pm ET.

Haven’t found polling times for Virgin Islands on June 4th or Puerto Rico on June 5th.

For June 7th:

NJ: Polls close at 8pm ET
SD: Polls close at 8pm ET in part of the state and 9pm ET in the rest of it
NM: Polls close at 9pm ET
MT: Polls close at 10pm ET
CA: Polls close at 11pm ET

ND caucus: Caucuses begin at 7pm local time, which is either 8pm or 9pm ET depending on what part of the state you’re in:

For June 14th:

DC: Polls close at 8pm ET

OK, found info on Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.  At this time of the year, both territories are on the same time as US Eastern Time.

Puerto Rico poll closing time = 3pm:

http://www.thegreenpapers.com/P16/PR-D

Virgin Islands caususes = 10am - 6pm:
