27 IA's delegates will be proportionally allocated based on statewide vote without threshold.
So, to be sure of getting at least 1 delegate, a candidate needs 3.7% of the vote, but one candidate might get a delegate with a lower % because of remains.

Tue, Feb. 23: NV caucuses (8pm - 12am)
Will the media starts to show numbers and project a winner at 8pm eastern or at 12am eastern?

Sat, Mar. 5: KS caucuses(D: 2-4pm; R: 11am-3pm), KY caucuses (10am-5pm), LA primary (9pm), ME caucuses (8pm), NE caucuses (11am-9pm)

In Kansas, will results start to come in at 2pm and 11am or at 4pm and 3pm?
In Kentucky, will results start to come in at 10am or at 5pm?
