Let's see some of Harding's accomplishments:

+negotiated the US's formal exit from WW1
+Washington Naval Treaty
+pardon of Debs
+presided over the start of the roaring 20s.

Aside from a certain scandal - pretty good. I'll give him 3.5 stars rounded up to 4. Better than his predecessor and successor.

Total puppet of his "Ohio Gang" and presided over one of the most corrupt administrations in U.S History, Easy 1 star when you factor in his bad economic policies to cancel some WWI stuff.

I almost hate to give him one star, because he was the most hilariously awful President of all time and  gave us so many wonderful memes, but yeah, one star.

Waffling on prohibition when he should have come out against it, as well as corruption in his ranks, keeps him well away from 5 stars. However, his policies and accomplishments are severely underrated. Four stars.

Seems solid. Smoked cigars, guzzled alcohol, and utilized prostitutes during the era of Prohibition. Major FF. 5 stars. Coolidge, by comparison, was far from "cool".
