Looking at the results from last nights elections we have the following in parliament or close to parliament.

George Galloway - nice guy. but when it comes to politics this guy is very left wing. has met saddam hussein and used the muslim votes against a black women- disgraceful to get into power. Makes kennedy look a mouse.

Labour leftists - the back benches of labour have already called for labour to go. many of the hard core leftists have already blamed blair for jeopardisy their possesion. many of the anti-war voters in the labour party were in deep fights - gillingham the guy said he lost publicly on tv lost but won by a few hundred votes.

Labour Blarites - these few were in tough battles but the labour heartlands in the northeast and northwest allowed them to keep their seats.

Labour Blair ex-socialists /Anarchists - jack straw is a well renowed anarchist before he joined the blair government. Peter Hain from Llanelli was a huge critic of Reagan. major anarchist in the 80s during the poll tax riots.

Labour Conservatives - most of them lose their seats.

Liberal DEmocrats - ran a campiagn abolisihing tutition fees hence picked up loads of seats if they got into power it would make kennedy look a moderate to America.

BNP - got 16% of the vote in one seat. labour hand liners have left the party and voted for these lot as immigration is a huge issue.

Conservatives - rich pompus public school boys - picked up seats in rich london and dont give a toss about the people. remind of someone we know in the us

Independents- two people got elected on local issues and they wil have no power but they prove the point that more and more people are voting locally.

I'd add the Greens, who polled a massive 22% in Brighton Pavilion and 11% in Lewisham Deptford. The next election will see them as genuine competitors in Brighton methinks.

Also UKIP has done well, though not as well as many had expected.

George Galloway is not a nice guy and never has been. Ask his wife.

Griffin got about 10% in Keighley IIRC. Most of his votes seem to have come from the Worth Valley ward (white flight suburbs).

Hahahahahahahahahaha, you are kidding right?

As someone who has met him, I assure you, he is NOT a nice guy, he is an anti-semitic bastard who cozies up to dictators and endorses terrorist organizations (Hamas).

Immigration policy? Doubtful, more because of the Iraq war, bah, single issue voters.

Don't forget an attendence/speaking record in the House that makes even Godsiff look like a dedicated M.P in comparison...

Voted yes, assuming that you meant "in a position to be heard". Of course, the whole spectrum of political views exists just as well in the US.

used the muslim votes against a black women

He ran there because he could win it. It had a lot to do with religion and NOTHING to do with race.

Islam isn't a race, and the Muslims didn't attack King because of her Jewish descent.

If she had been of Jewish descent and converted to Islam, it wouldn't have mattered would it? It was because of her faith(I believe she still practices Judaism).

It doesn't, in fact it might be worse, but I don't like it when people misrepresent things to fit thier own point of view
