Assuming both remain in the primary to compete in Florida, will the loser of that election drop out of the race? There's a tough narrative to try to overcome losing your home state.

Rubio probably would.   I don't think Jeb will.

By the Florida primaries, the field will have gotten smaller significantly, so if both Bush and Rubio are still in and are doing well in the primaries, I doubt that a defeat in the Florida primary alone will convince either to drop out. Of course, if they're already doing poorly by FL, it might act as the straw that breaks the camel's back.

Rubio is probably more likely to quit do to losing in FL than Bush; Rubio is still strongly associated with the state while Bush is more of a nationwide politician.

About 25 states will have voted at that point (including TX, FL, IL, OH…), so I think the race will largely be decided.  In which case, it wouldn't really matter whether the loser stays in or not.

When Rubio places second or even third in his home state, he will end his bad.
