Have any of y'all had a slow internet connection and when you refreshed the forum, it appeared in Times New Roman, looking like the site had been made 20 years ago? Then you had to refresh it again to make it appear normal? The forum's stuck looking like that right now, and the way I'm able to view Facebook and the Dark Forum have been rendered similarly dysfunctional (with Facebook taking the worst of it). Haven't checked Twitter yet or other social media engines or other forums. Gmail and coursera.org look fine. Too lazy to scour the Interweb for solutions, so do you guys have any suggestions? I'm assuming I got this thing from some link I was using to watch True Detective Season 2 yesterday or the day before.

Meh, this sounds more or less just like a really slow internet connection being caused by something network-related. When your internet is barely functional, it's not uncommon for webpages to display in an unformatted, barebones fashion.

Also, LOL: up until the second sentence, I thought you were just making fun of Atlas.

Thing is, I switched from Chrome to Internet Explorer and it seems to be working fine (aside from, ugh, being on Internet Explorer). Maybe if I completely uninstalled Chrome...

And nah, Atlas runs on like Calibri or Arial, dude.

Are you using Windows Vista ?

Maybe it's the KB3013455 font corruption thing ... with your Win Update tool downloading the patch in the background and installing it.

You need to manually uninstall it and replace it with the updated patch.

If you are not using Windows Vista or something from Apple, I have no clue ...

Chrome basically got to where it wouldn't load the Atlas on my Windows Seven machine. It won't load wikipedia either.

It doesn't have these problems on Windows XP. Cool Tongue

For the record, Chrome seems to have normalized.

This happens to me occasionally when my internet locks up (often for mysterious reasons, but I don't think it's virus-related). Probably just gonna have to live with it, but I wouldn't worry. Smiley
