Cola vs. Orange Soda vs. Root Beer

gross to all three, but cola is the only one I would actually drink and enjoy.  Every so often (like 3 or 4 years) I'll take a sip off a family members root beer float, but it just reminds me why I don't really like it.  It's one of those things that doesn't really taste bad, but if I'm going to consume something that's that bad for me, it's going to need to taste a lot better than this.  Mac and Cheese, ice cream, most candy bars, "regular" cake, roast beef and probably a hundred other things fall into this category for me.


All that said, if I'm thirsty and orange soda in plastic cups is the only thing available, I'll drink the hell out of it.

Cola. Had root beer only once (not an American). Orange soda of non-premium brands is the absolute worst.

Sprechers root beer with premium vanilla ice cream...both really cold so some of the water crystalizes on the ice cream...then that creamy half and half concoction once you eat the ice cream...so good.

Orange goes with hamburgers to me...and cola with pizza.

Interesting. For some reason I associate root beer with pizza, and fruit flavored sodas (orange, lemon-lime, etc.) with hamburgers and hot dogs...
