The true moderate hero position is that slaves should count more like 1/2 rather than as 3/5th of a person. That way the influence of the slave states can be slightly weakened. However, we must not interfere with the freedom of the slave states to have slavery.

We must pass a law that anglos can't own negros. They are simply too different to interact.

Anglos must own Irish slaves who in turn own negro slaves. The Irish slave trade must be expanded.
