Hello My Fellow Justices,
 Since we already have 9 justices. Please sign in.
We are also nominating fellow justices for Chief and were voting in this thread, please nominate yourself or a fellow justice if you want when you sign in.

By the Random Sequence Generator, the case that will be chosen first is Roe v. Wade.
Please read up on the case so you know the facts
If any civilian would like to be the defendant or the prosecutor please say so and sign in as one.

Since the time is up under the rules designed by the game moderators we have three candidates for the office of Chief Justice.
Those candidates are the following:
Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, Moderate Justice played by DKrol
Justice Antonin Scalia, Conservative Justice played by Classic Conservative
Justice Hugo Black, Moderate Justice played by benecostine
JUSTICE WHO HAVE NOT SIGNED IN MUST, SO WE CAN GET STARTED WITH THE GAME ASAP

The order is the order that people signed up in so Scalia, O'Connor, Posner, Moore, Stevens, Douglas, Blackmun, Black and Thomas.

If a fetus isn't a human being than what is it, a bunch of cells together or is it a human who is not yet born, I would like Ms. Roes position on this matter before we decide.
