I've often wondered why Gore didn't run in 2008.

Yeah that's why Ralph Nader had record numbers when Gore ran Roll Eyes

Ridiculous proposal.

Nader was/is a narcissistic jerk, as many 3rd party candidates are.

Salon's the left-wing attack dog with terrible articles that spend time attacking all candidates but... Gore, I suppose.

Today Gore has more progressive appeal than Hillary. But he's not going to run.

A Gore/Vilsack ticket would be good. But I don't see Gore running in 2016.

I could see Al Gore doing well against Jeb Bush in 2016, if he did run.

Tennessee is not voting for a democrat. Idc if Al Gore is from there, Tennessee will not vote for a democrat in a presidential election.

Gore couldn't even win Tennessee in 2000 after it had voted for Bill Clinton twice, so why would he win it in 2016 when it has only trended hard right over the past sixteen years?

Gore can make a good run at Tennessee, and if the Democratic environment is good in 2016, he can win it.

I'm sorry but that is just wishful thinking. Tennessee didn't go to Gore in 2000 when he won the popular vote and it has trended further right since then. Gore is not winning Tennessee

Al Gore wins Tennessee and Jeb Bush wins New Hampshire. Is that really what you think?

Probably also knew Hilary would jump in and make it a dogfight. I don't think President Obama would've had a chance in that field either.
