PURPOSE

The Labor Party Standing Committee acts as the headquarters of the Labor Party when the National Convention of the Labor Party is not in question. As the sole socialist party in the Republic of Atlasia, it is our mission to expand the parameters of debate in Nyman and in the Regions and ensure a dignified standard of living for all who work, with the end goal of building a democratic socialist society.

In the wake of a complete absence of elected leadership in the Party, no scheduled elections or declared candidates for these offices in sight, a series of ever-worsening national crises exacerbated by elected and appointed officials, and the inglorious reappearance of wolfentoad, I hereby invoke and authorize the use of emergency powers to suspend the Labor Party By-laws and install myself as your Labor Party Chairman. Any and all complaints about this action from Party members can be posted below and will be duly noted.
