We'll have the result for the remaining seats by "November 20, at the latest"

But very little is remaining: including only 1 seat in the national parliament (or 3 - some minor disagreement on that i. what I have seen), I believe, and a few more state and ethnic affairs  seats - all in Kachin State. Apparently, they are delivering ballot boxes from the remote areas on foot.

Pretty much everything has been announced today and yesterday. What is left is not going to change anything. USDP together with the military will control Shan state and ANP nearly swept Arakan. We still need to wait for Kachin, though NLD is ahead there - there might be a need for a coalition with the local parties. Everywhere else, it seems, it is NLD.

Arakan National Party is a merger of the Arakan League for Democracy, which won 11 seats in 1990 and boycotted 2010, and the Rakhine Nationalities Development Party, which took part in the 2010 election (although it was not particularly pro-military) and won 8 seats. They won more seats together than either had won alone, so merger was a good move for them.

Shan Nationalities Democratic Party was dumb not to try to merge with the Shan Nationalities League for Democracy, although I suspect the SNDP was probably more pro-military than the RNDP.

Final Kachin state results. USDP picks up one seat in the lower house and 2 state seats, and another Bamar party (NUP) picks its first seat anywhere (in the upper house). Lisu NDP gets a lower house and a state seat, and  NLD gets 5 state seats, including all 4 ethnic affairs ministers. NLD is one seat short of absolute majority in the state parliament.
