How old does a user have to be a registered Northeasterner/registered Atlasian to run for NE Legislature?

He or she has to be a registered voter under Federal law (satisfying any forum born date and activity requirements), and has to be a Northeast resident for at least "7 days prior to the day appointed for the election to begin".  So he or she has to have already moved to the Northeast in order to qualify for this weekend's election.  On or before April 28 is the cutoff for this weekend.

Abraham Washington probably won't be eligible to vote or run in this weekend's election, either, because, IIRC, he or she registered last Sunday.
