^ Actually, according to Matt Isbell, only 37% of the vote comes from Jacksonville, with 53% from the Tallahassee area.

^ That suggests a Gary Peters situation: Graham gets the black majority seat with the understanding that she'll move on after one term.

Well this seems to go against that: Al Lawson is running.

Brown would be an idiot to run in FL-10 if Graham and Lawson are splitting the Tallahassee vote in FL-05.

Its not clear what she's running for, but Gwen Graham raised more than $2M in 2015 and has $1.7M on hand.

CD26: Ex-Rep. Joe Garcia running again. Taddeo has had a good head start and I think she'd be stronger anyway.

CD11: It was sort of obvious, but Webster is moving districts to run in CD11.
