Sounds reasonable, but if we want an Emergency Prosecutor, we might have to give him some time limit. Maybe a term that could be renewed by the Assembly. Or not Smiley

In loght of recent events in Atlasia, I feel its necessary for us to have some form of prosecutor in order to speedily deal with rebels, unwanted militas, etc. I'm open to Altsomn's suggestion...Maybe a 30 day term to deal with all pf this stuff?

The problem with any time limit is that it will take time to hold a trial.  The last thing we'd need is for the prosecutor's power to lapse while a trial is being held.
