Advising how to set something up is not against the TOS.

I think, and you can understand this, that the admins of this forum have a right to ban someone who assisted in people gaining access to personal info. What action would you recommend?

Maybe I've got the wrong end of the stick, but I thought tweed asked griffin for information in a fairly hypothetical manner "how would I archive old threads?", sort of thing. Could be wrong though. I think Nym has jumped the gun on Griff, And thus is inadvertently prolonging this rather toxic scandal.

The conversation between Tweed and Griff was posted on AAD.

Tweed asked Griff if he could host information he got from the Mod Cave on Griffs site. Griff said 'yes', but that there would be a small delay (Tweed eventually found his own site). Tweed asked for advice on how best to get them from the site, which Griff advised on.

Griff said 'once the files are downloaded and saved, I can handle/upload/configure them'.

So you can, in retrospect see why he remains banned until we get further information.
