We are losing a lot of utents and if we want to save this game, please sign the petition for a Constitutional Convention.
The Senate will debate an amendment that allows the Senate to call a ConCon, but it will require a lot of time: discussion, approval and then the vote of the regions.

So, if we want to save the game, it's time to contact all your game friends, of all parties. It's time to sign the petition for a Constitutional Convention. Signatures from all regions are important, but expecially signatures from Pacific, Northeast, South.
