Well there's a large current of opinion like that but it's not the existing law. Police usually have to be pretty much pushed into prosecuting though, and verdicts aren't that harsh. But it's illegal. In fact a friend of mine's got a small fine and a suspended sentence for consensual sex with a 13-year old. He was 26 at the time (he's 28 now). And he already had a criminal record before (though not for that type of offense)

No. I think 65% of the people would file prostitution under B. And another 30% under A. Until quite recently government officially filed this under B (it was considered legal but sittenwidrig, which had a number of knock-on negative effects.) Many local governments certainly still make it clear that they consider it not right.

Yep, pretty wide consensus. During the first trimester and in exceptional cases afterwards. After counselling. State funded. That's the legal situation, and it's a very good compromise reached after almost 30 years of strife. Of course there's a vocal minority of anti-abortion radicals, but it's very small. And of course there's a very large current of "yeah, leave it legal, but it certainly won't happen in my family." Which I sorta agree with myself.

Sale to those under 18 is illegal. In fact, public display is illegal. Which is why sex shops have an "no entry under 18" sign over the door. Video rental places have a separate room with such a sign over the door. Not that these signs are necessarily enforced.

I didn't get laid till I was fifteen.  what about you?  as I recall, pretty much all I was thinking about at 14 was my math teacher.  If she'd decided to exploit me, she'd have had absolutely no resistance.  Sorry, opebo.  14 is very young.  I'm not saying that we should hang people over this sort of thing, but I am saying that I think it's not unreasonable to expect you to be suave enough to hit on someone your own age.  When you see a guy that's 21 and can only get 14 year old chicks, don't you feel just a little bit like he's a loser?

Should add that Adultery should be more a civil offense rather than a criminal one; IMO it's basically a breach of contract and duty of care.
