MATTERE: We can also project Minnesota on the Democratic side, where, incredibly, Hillary Clinton has carried every single county.

Hillary Clinton 60%
Joe Biden 30%
Jim Webb 5%
Bernie Sanders 5%

Democratic Delegate Count

Hillary Clinton 347
Jim Webb 162
Bernie Sanders 63
Joe Biden 13

SUPPELSA: It seems the Clinton brand is still as strong as ever in the Land of Ten Thousand Lakes, even as she has been seriously challenged or been overtaken in most other states.

SUPPELSA: We can also make projections in the states of North Dakota and Oklahoma on both sides, where Scott Walker has won Oklahoma by double digits, and Hillary Clinton and Jim Webb have won North Dakota and Oklahoma, respectively. First, here's Webb's blowout in Oklahoma, a state where President Obama never won a single county in 2008 or 2012.

Jim Webb 57%
Hillary Clinton 39%
Joe Biden 4%
Bernie Sanders 0%

DEMOCRATIC DELEGATE COUNT

Hillary Clinton 358
Jim Webb 178
Bernie Sanders 63
Joe Biden 14

MATTERE: We also would like to apologize for a major oversight: North Dakota's Republican primary was canceled back in 2015. The North Dakota party leaders will choose the delegates, and the word tonight is that they will overwhelmingly be supporting Scott Walker. At the Republican National Convention later this year, twenty North Dakota delegates will support Walker while Marco Rubio and Rand Paul will each receive the support of four. Here is Oklahoma on the Republican side, where all 38 delegates have been won by Scott Walker.

Scott Walker 56%
Rand Paul 24%
Marco Rubio 9%
Jeb Bush 1%

MARK SUPPELSA: We're now prepared to call Arkansas, the Natural State, on both sides. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has pulled out the win, with former Senator Jim Webb right on her heels and Bernie Sanders making a strong showing in Pulaski County. This was tougher than polls indicated it would be for Clinton, but she will prevail.

MATTERE: And on the Republican side, a major upset as Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker has won over favored Sen. Rand Paul, with Sen. Marco Rubio making a very strong third-place showing:

Scott Walker 35%
Rand Paul 33%
Marco Rubio 32%

SUPPELSA: Alabama has been projected on the Republican side, where two candidates have made it a centerpiece of their strategies, but ultimately only one can win: former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush. Scott Walker, Marco Rubio, and Rand Paul won a handful of counties a piece but not enough to win any delegates.

Jeb Bush 30%
Donald Trump 25%

Delegate Count

Scott Walker 227
Rand Paul 85
Marco Rubio 161
Jeb Bush 36
Donald Trump 32
Chris Christie 11

Alabama is thought to represent something of a last hurrah for Trump, while Bush will concentrate next on Florida.

We can also make an official projection in Tennessee, where Scott Walker has won in an unexpected blowout. Rand Paul has taken the northernmost sliver of the state, which borders his home state of Kentucky.

MATTERE: After much ado, we can now project the big prize of the night for the Republicans: Texas, where Ted Cruz's early endorsement of Scott Walker has paid big dividends. Walker has won the Lone Star State in grand fashion. By winning an outright majority, Walker gets all of the at-large delegates plus about half of the districts' delegates, giving him a total of 98 out of the state's 155 delegates.

Scott Walker 50%
Rand Paul 25%
Marco Rubio 15%

DELEGATE COUNT

Scott Walker 356
Rand Paul 131
Marco Rubio 182
Jeb Bush 47
Chris Christie 11
Donald Trump 32
Unpledged 39

SUPPELSA: It's interesting that while polling has predicted the winner in almost every state so far, it has been wildly incorrect when it comes to margins. Either way, Governor Walker is building a commanding lead.

Texas has also been projected in the Democratic primary, where former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has won by the slimmest of margins as former Senator and veritable protest candidate Jim Webb was right on her heels, losing by just two points.

Hillary Clinton 40%
Jim Webb 38%
Bernie Sanders 2%
Joe Biden 20%

DELEGATE COUNT

Hillary Clinton 448
Jim Webb 262
Bernie Sanders 71
Joe Biden 52

SUPPELSA: Here is the Tennessee projection. Two counties were all Hillary Clinton needed to win here, due to record low primary turnout in the state's rural counties, which has been attributed to party-switching.

Hillary Clinton 45%
Jim Webb 42%
Bernie Sanders 0%
Joe Biden 13%

MARK SUPPELSA: The Democratic Super Tuesday primary concludes with Idaho, where Hillary Clinton wins what has shaped up to be a pretty good 3-way race.

Bernie Sanders 0%
Joe Biden 28%

DELEGATE COUNT

Hillary Clinton 487
Jim Webb 297

MICAH MATTERE: Idaho has also been projected for Republican Scott Walker, ending what has been a very exciting Super Tuesday. We hope you've enjoyed the coverage. Stay tuned for reactions from each major candidate.

Chris Christie drops out of 2016 race after going winless on Super Tuesday

GOV. CHRIS CHRISTIE: Ladies and gentlemen, this campaign has been a long, hard road, but it's no mountain for a climber.

CHRISTIE: Though we have not emerged victorious tonight, I believe we have a candidate who can carry the torch of fiscal responsibility and law and order forward to November and win. That candidate has defunded Planned Parenthood and shown no mercy to the public employee unions in his state, and his name is Scott Walker, who I hope will be the next President of the United States, and I hope you'll join me in supporting him.

Jeb Bush announces suspension of campaign to supporters in Marietta, GA, after winning only Alabama during Super Tuesday primary

FMR. GOV. JEB BUSH: My fellow Americans, thank you for being here with me tonight and throughout this long campaign. I must announce tonight that our journey has come to an end. I have pledged to support the eventual Republican nominee and will do so in earnest. For the time being, however, after much thought and prayer, I have decided to give my endorsement to Senator Marco Rubio, a fine statesman and great friend who will lead this nation well, be a great ally to our allies, and strike fear into the hearts of our enemies.

Donald Trump ends presidential campaign

DONALD TRUMP: Ladies and gentlemen, it is now evident that Republican voters prefer stupidity and incompetence over the kind of leadership that could truly make our country great again.

TRUMP: I feel I have been treated unfairly by the Republican party's establishment and its voters, and because of that, although I am dropping out of the race today, I will not be making an endorsement, and I cannot pledge to support the eventual nominee at this time.

MEGYN KELLY: Breaking news tonight: Businessman and former GOP frontrunner Donald Trump has ended his presidential campaign amid rumors and unconfirmed reports that he is filing the paperwork to launch a third-party campaign for  the presidency. Though there are laws on the books preventing this, whether they could hold up in court is unclear at this time, and the spectre of a Trump third-party candidacy haunts the party on the night they thought they would be crowning a nominee.

MARCH 04, 2016: A leaked document from the Colorado Secretary of State's office shows that businessman Donald Trump has indeed filed as an independent candidate in the 2016 presidential race. Whether or not he will actually be allowed on the ballot is anyone's guess, but this represents big trouble for the Republican Party either way. Republican leaders are meeting today in Chicago to discuss their strategy going forward.

MARCH 05, 2016: Scott Walker has won the Wyoming Republican primary with 50% of the vote, with Rand Paul taking in 30% and Marco Rubio 20%. Hillary Clinton prevailed on the Democratic side, with 45% to Jim Webb's 40%. Joe Biden took 11% and Bernie Sanders 4%.

Citing low support, Joe Biden dropped out after the Wyoming contest, endorsing fellow Democrat Hillary Clinton. Following his vice president's announcement, President Barack Obama also endorsed Clinton.

MARCH 06, 2016: Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus releases a letter with the signatures of the party leaders from each state as well as his own. The letter is a decree releasing all 32 of Donald Trump's delegates as unpledged delegates. In the letter, Priebus rips Trump for being "childish and immature" and promises Republicans that Trump's candidacy will be fought hard in court.

MARCH 07, 2016: Rand Paul, Scott Walker, and Marco Rubio, the three remaining Republican candidates for president, are seen entering a small office building in Atlanta, Georgia. Rubio's office later confirms that the three met to discuss strategies now that the nominee will have to face not only the Democrat but an independent candidacy from Donald Trump. Most news outlets predict that the three candidates will focus their attacks away from each other and onto Trump and Hillary Clinton in an effort to project party unity.

MARCH 19, 2016: Scott Walker wins the Republican primary in Alaska, taking all 25 of the state's delegates with 55% of the state's vote to Marco Rubio's 40% and Rand Paul's 5%.

Don't expect a lot of updates for a while. I'm getting close to my actuarial exam and really need the raise that comes with passing it. I'll try to keep it as up-to-date as I can on the weekends, and since I've already got the storyline all planned out (and it's a good one!), I'm going to finish, but I won't have near the frequency from now on that I've had so far.

MARCH 21, 2016 - DONALD TRUMP ANNOUNCES INDEPENDENT RUN FOR WHITE HOUSE

In an unprecedented move, former Republican frontrunner Donald Trump has announced an independent run for the presidency. Trump cited what he called "unfair treatment" by Republican Party leaders, particularly Reince Priebus and several state party leaders as well as House Speaker John Boehner and several fellow Republican candidates as well as by Fox News.

Trump's announcement will likely be challenged in court by Republican operatives, since many states have "sore loser" laws on the books to prohibit this type of maneuver, but it is unclear whether these laws will hold up.

Author's note: I forgot the Kansas primary, so I'll just post here that Walker won statewide and the three rural districts while Paul pulled in a narrow majority in the Kansas City district. Walker now has 488 delegates , Rubio 224, and Paul 137. No time to make a map, sorry!

MARCH 22, 2016: After a closed-door meeting in Indianapolis, the three remaining Republican candidates have reached a deal, designed to promote party unity ahead of an expected three-way election against Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton and independent candidate Donald Trump.

The deal is as follows:

1. No Republican candidate will publicly criticize another Republican candidate until April 1. Republican candidates will instead play up their own candidacies and go after Trump and Clinton.

2. On April 1, the two candidates who are not leading in the delegate count will drop out of the race and release their delegates to the leader, who will then become the inevitable nominee. The other two candidates will be promised spots in the leader's cabinet if he should win the general election.

In an interview, Senator Rand Paul stated that he still plans to get back on the ballot for re-election to his Senate seat should he drop out of the presidential race. Paul's favorability remains high in his home state. Rep. Andy Barr (R) has declared his intent to run for the seat but has stated that he will drop out if Paul wants back in. On the Democratic side, Rep. John Yarmuth, the lone Democrat in Kentucky's delegation, is running but is also expected to drop out in the event that Paul returns.

Paul heaped criticism on Trump at a recent rally in Kansas City, where he called the businessman a "traitor" and a "true liberal who has never supported our cause". These sentiments have been echoed by many Republicans in recent days, particularly those who formerly supported Trump.

Scott Walker 488

32 of those unpledged R delegates were formerly pledged to Donald Trump. The rest are state party leaders.

Thanks for the feedback! I was starting to wonder if anyone was still reading.

You're welcome Smiley I can understand how you'd be concerned on readership, considering the what I'd think as, record amount of active timelines at one time. Usually it's NHI or Badgate, (at least between Summer 2013 and Summer 2014. Wulfric was a quite recent addition to the schedule. Elections, I've seen, REALLY ramp up Timeline creation. So win-win overall.

EDIT: I knew I forgot someone, DKrolga has/had made a lot of really good timelines, mainly political thrillers then anything.

I think it's because it's 2016 and there are so many ways things could shake out this time.
