Basically a hot air figure, albeit an intelligent one. Also, aside from Farage, he is probably the most well-known UK MEP (unless I'm forgetting someone)...and I'd be surprised if 5% of the population have heard of him.

My favorite British politician. I wish he was the leader of UKIP, the party would be more respectable.
