I just did a quick average of the 3 post-Trump McCain comment polls (Ipsos, YouGov, PPP) and here are the results:

Trump   21.3
Bush   14.7
Walker   13.3
Carson   7.7
Rubio   5.3
Huckabee   5.0
Cruz   4.7
Paul   4.3
Christie   4.0
Perry   2.7
Kasich   2.7
Fiorina   2.7
Santorum   1.7
Jindal   1.3
Graham   1.3
Pataki   0.3

None of these polls are live phone and so none will count to the Fox debate criteria, but if they are to be believed, the McCain comment has had no effect and may have even helped him.

For what its worth, this is pretty close to what we were seeing prior to the McCain comments.

I tend not to trust Yougov polls, however.

Seems like it's a four way race right now. Trump, Walker, Jeb and Rubio.

Rubio only got 4% in this poll, but he generally does better in other polls.

Yeah, you're right, though 19% would consider voting for him, which is far ahead of everyone but Trump, Walker and Bush.

He got 2% in the other poll released today, but it's also online.

Here's the running trendline of all national polls, showing Trump's meteoric rise:

Ben Carson is like the first Brit who ever tried to go all the way. He talks absolutely adorable (British) to almost all Americans (who have never met a single Brit), that's why he's so amazingly hot right now, despite 94% of everything he's ever said being borderline as pukable as Santorum. Just that he's saying it without Santorum's extreme arrogance, confidence and disrespect.

It's an analogy dear. Granted it assumes Americans find the Brit accent "adorable," but I digress. Although yes, the Scottish accent is adorable.
