At this point I bet no Democratic Senators other than Schumer and Menendez will vote against it. Even Joe Manchin seems to be in favor. And since it's very unlikely Michael Bennet and Barbara Mikulski would be likely candidates to join Schumer and Menendez anyway and they haven't said anything, that almost all but confirms 34 votes.

It will definitely reach 34, the question now is whether it will reach 41.

Of the remaining undecideds, I think the only ones to really be worried about are Wyden and Casey. I believe they will probably vote against the deal, but I don't see anyone else going along with them.

A filibuster would be beautiful.

Why is Wyden undecided/leaning towards no? Looking at his record he seems like a generic progressive-who voted against Iraq in 2003 and voted against re-approving the patriot Act in 2006

Wyden is big on civil liberties, hence his Patriot Act vote (and his support for Rand Paul's filibuster), but he is still very much a maverick with some conservative idiosyncrasies.

Of my representatives in Congress (Don Beyer, Tim Kaine, and Mark Warner), only Mark Warner is still undecided.

At this point, it wouldn't even surprise me if the Republicans were to abolish the filibuster merely for the symbolism of having forced a veto.

I would be shocked if he doesn't support the deal with Biden and Carper lobbying him.

Coons will support it, and so will most of the others. Only Cardin and Booker will probably vote against, together with Schumer and Menendez.

Wow, this is a big Yes vote. A filibuster looks very likely at this point.
