Democrats Who Voted For Disapproval
Brad Ashford (NE-2)
Brendan F. Boyle (PA-13)
Tony Cárdenas (CA-29)
Ted Deutch (FL-21)
Elliot Engel (NY-16)
Lois Frankel (FL-22)
Gwen Graham (FL-2)
Gene Green (TX-29)
Alcee Hastings (FL-20)
Steve Israel (NY-3)
Ted Lieu (CA-33)
Dan Lipinski (IL-3)
Nita Lowey (NY-17)
Carolyn Maloney (NY-12)
Grace Meng (NY-6)
Grace Napolitano  (CA-32)
Donald Norcross (NJ-1)
Collin Peterson (MN-7)
Kathleen Rice (NY-4)
David Scott (GA-13)
Brad Sherman (CA-30)
Kyrsten Sinema (AZ-9)
Albio Sires (NJ-8)
Juan Vargas (CA-51)
Filemon Vela (TX-34)
Hopefully all of them get solid primary challenges. With Lipinski, Peterson, Vela, Boyle, Norcross, Green, Sinema and Ashford, a generic Republican would be no worse.

Ashford, Peterson, and Graham have to vote this way to get through the GE. The NY guys are voting w/ their district (Jews hate the deal) you know, what congressmen are actually supposed to do. Beyond that you may have a point.

Honestly, what the f*k is your opposition to the deal, you obviously don't want peace or diplomacy with the deal.
My opposition is this you know how much money the United States gives to Iran in this deal $100 BILLION, we never rescued or 4 American Hostages so there still stuck in some prison in Iran, we allowed them to keep many centrifuges etc. And we did this with a country that calls America the big Satan and Israel the little satan. And Ayatollah Khamani said yesterday on Twitter that Israel won't exist in 25 years. Israel won't be quite again and they will fight and drag the world into war.

Alright, you oppose it cos' you have to give $100b, that's fine. Sometimes, you need to give to get something in return, and this deal will let the US and Iran engage in peace and diplomacy, as well as stop them from getting any further nuclear facilities, and cut down the amount they have. However it's a massive exaggeration to say the deal is going to cause war, in deal that let's the US inspect it's nuclear facilities.

Does it really matter what religious fundamentalists say in Iran, when they're not the leader it self anymore? Why does it matter if the former far-right Ayatollah of Iran calls us or Isreal, they're not gonna do anything about it, besides some in the US say Iran is a terrorist state, that funds ISIS, which is echoed by Netanyahu.

You mean Orthodox and Conservative Jews who are especially concentrated in New York and New Jersey.  Most Jews who are not members of those branches are as supportive of the Iran nuclear deal as any Democrat.

I have been a DWS supporter since 2010, and a strong one at that since 2012, but not any longer. Like Cory Booker, and possibly Joe Manchin, I hope to see them all lose re-election.

Next time any of them are running for Likud's endorsement, they'll care.

Even though it was the Senate that first saved the deal, I never doubted Pelosi's ability to ensure the votes in the House to support the President (and the peace).

One question

269+169 = 438. Doesn't have the House just 435 members?

Hastings, Lieu, Sires, Sherman and probably Napolitano all have a higher than average percentage of Jews in their districts. Norcross and Boyle are both extremely corrupt freshmen who I'd wager were bought. Vela, Lipinski and Green are blue dogs. Scott has some hawkish tendencies. I don't know anything about Cardenas and Vargas.

If there's one source Israel doesn't take orders from, it's the Roman Catholic Church.

Then it's a good thing Israel can't do anything to stop the deal. Smiley

Not the deal, per se, but if it gets to zero hour, it'll likely be on them alone to stop Iran from becoming a nuclear state a la North Korea.

Regardless, this isn't about the deal. This is about the man in charge of the institution responsible for most of the pre-WW2 attempts at wiping out the Jews telling the world's Jewish state that they need to disarm.

No this is about the most badass Pope ever continuing to be badass.

Also I wished someone would have stopped Israel from gaining nuclear weapons. Seems extremely hypocritical that they get a free pass.
