Okay, this is getting a little silly here. Hillary is obviously at a disadvantage in CO, but I say she wins there before she wins GA, AZ, or MO.

That said, she will probably do worse in CO than in any other Obama '12 state, and she may even do better in NC than in CO.

While I don't completely agree, this is more reasonable analysis than the whole "Hillary is weak in Colorado, she has no chance there." Still, I think any given candidate's individual "strength" or "weakness" in a state is usually overstated. While Clinton may very well do better than Obama in Arkansas, I think it's ridiculous to say that it'll be even remotely close. She might do worse than Obama in Colorado (or she might not), but she could also do worse in other swing states as well. Especially against Bush, I don't see her winning Florida before Colorado, and I wouldn't be surprised if Ohio, Virginia, or even Iowa end up being more Republican than Colorado.

So much for the 10th amendment. The Courts need to rule right now that states have the right to legalize pot

If you look at the last election, Va and OH was turning red, while CO stayed steady, while Gov Hickenlooper won in a R wave.

Chris Christie (RINO-NJ) obviously has no respect for state's rights.

Wait, I thought going after marijuana was part of the GOP platform?

Plenty of Republicans, including Ted Cruz(!), have taken the "states' rights" argument on marijuana.

This seems like one of those issues where the left part of the Democratic Party and the right part of the GOP want reform of marijuana laws but the "centrists" oppose reform.

This definitely would be the scenario which would lead to Colorado seceding from the union.

Yep. Either that or just legalize it nationally. This is the exact same thing as prohibition of the old days. There's no reason to have it be illegal, but to overturn the votes of the people to make it illegal? Absurd.

(By the way, is this the only thing that Christie is to the right of Cruz and Perry on?)

Both Party establishments hate the 10th amendment and love unitary executive power when it is their party in power.

He only wants to save Colorado from becoming a generation of pot heads.

Good for him I say.
