We ought to reestablish the office of Secretary of Forum Affairs by merging SoFE and RG functions. Then maintaining census office would be SoFA's regular work with an occasional need to run an election.

I completely support this idea, Kal.

I've been thinking of proposing a bill to reduce the cabinet size by merging some departments for some time. I'm glad Simfan reminded me of this.
