Tbh I don't know much about Sweden's health policy, but it's not hard to figure out it's probably among the 10-20 best in the world just by exclusion. So obviously it's gonna be better than the US one.

Given that Sweden has universal healthcare, it's obviously better than US healthcare, but Swedish healthcare isn't perfect and is relatively average in terms of western countries. Private healthcare is still allowed, dental care is not completely covered, etc. Cuba arguably has the world's best healthcare system, IMO.

Obviously Sweden.

Private, employer-based access like in the USA has to be among the worst in the world. Even if you are covered for something, you're going to get hit with "expenses not covered" which could be a whole host of things, and for that you pay out of pocket.

I've never been keen on Universal Health care ('cause I'm a monster!), but pretty much anything would be better than what's going on in the US today.  The complaints against it are usually pretty accurate, which is weird for complaints.
