Julian/Joaquin Castro, Gavin Newsom, Keith Ellison, Robert Biden(?), Cory Booker, Bill DeBlasio, and John P. Kennedy, III, Martin Heinrich, and Tammy Baldwin are all young enough to run in 2024.
