So that's it then.  We're still waiting for Biden on the Democratic side and (if you count her, which I probably wouldn't) Palin on the Republican side, but that's it.

The last time Palin was asked (which was maybe about six weeks ago) she said something along the lines of "never say never".  But she'll probably still be saying that a year from now.

I posted the question on his Facebook page yesterday. Surely I caused this announcement. I will now accept my accolades for my massive effect on the primary season.

In this case, maybe you should have asked him to run: If he realized that he had at least 1 supporter, maybe he would have jumped in - based on YOUR Facebook entry ... Tongue

I think Erhlich would have garnered even LESS support than Gilmore and I didn't see any reason as to why he should run. Glad he was smart enough to not run.

Where will his 17 supporters/relatives turn to now in terms of their votes?

Wait, what?  A prospective Republican candidate decided NOT to run?!  I didn't think that was possible.

18 would have been a nice highly composite number, but now we're stuck with a prime number.

Ehrlich? The Republican who did seven points worse in 2010(a GOP wave year) than in 2006(a Democratic wave year) against Martin O'Malley?

Yeah, no thank you.
