Yeah, I mean unless you get zero percent unemplyoment someone will get hurt.

I don't think that getting rid of excessive bureaucracy = cutting welfare. If anything, it would make it more efficient

Letting people who can work depend on the government, especially welfare, when they could do otherwise is too expensive, creates a culture of laziness, and wastes potential tax revenue.

Letting people who can work depend on the government, especially welfare, when they could do otherwise is too expensive, creates a culture of laziness, and wastes potential tax revenue.

People are always going to be dependent on something, hon.

But a government that serves hundreds of millions isn't exactly the same as calling up your mom and asking to crash on the couch.
