The pressure of being a moderator destroyed him, leading to him making threats against Snowstalker IRL who in turn paid him back blood for blood by posting porn on his account to join Sawxy in the afterlife (otherwise known as AAD.)

In large part it gets back to the [flawed] selection process. 1) Kool Kliq, 2) International Clique. From what I see, moderators are roundly selected from those groups.
