My 3 issues:

1. Racial tensions
2. Overregulation / the lack of a real free market, hindering growth and innovation / corporate welfare
3. Social exclusion / ghettos / poverty

And all three issues are related.

Most of the problems facing the country (poverty, racism, etc.) stem from inequality.

Also, lol at listing partisanship as one of the three main issues.
