Ripon, WI voted 51-47 Obama in 2012 and 53-45 Obama in 2008. Isn't that ironic?

The Republican Party was anti-slavery and anti-polygamy (Mormon). That explains 2012.

Ripon is old. It has cute old houses on small lots, with lots of charm. You know who gravitates to that type of hood (other than weido Pubs like Muon2 and gay Pubs (well DINO now), like moi)? Anyway, what you see is this speck of blue, in a sea of red, even though both the speck and the sea are almost all white.

That actually makes it a near-perfect bellwether.
